Which NOX racket does Agustín Tapia use?

Agustín Tapia plays NOX's Genius range, the 2027 name for his AT10 line. It includes the versatile Genius 18K Alum teardrop and the high-balance Genius Attack diamonds, so you can choose Tapia's racket for all-court play or for pure attack.

What is the difference between the Genius and the Genius Attack?

The Genius is a teardrop that balances control and power for all-court players. The Genius Attack is a diamond with a higher balance, built for explosive smashes and aggressive net play.

What is the NOX Ventus?

The Ventus is NOX's pro-player family, used by Edu Alonso, Aimar Goñi, Miguel Lamperti and Aranzazu Osoro. Every 2027 model has the VCS anti-vibration handle and Weight Balance counterweights, so you can fine-tune the balance to your game.

What do 12K and 18K mean on NOX rackets?

They describe the carbon weave on the face: the number is how many thousand carbon filaments make up each strand of the weave. The way a racket plays also depends on its core, shape and balance, so compare the full specifications on each product page rather than choosing on the number alone.

Which NOX padel racket is best for beginners?

The X-Hero and X-Zero. They are round, forgiving rackets with soft HR3 White EVA cores and a large sweet spot, so they are comfortable and easy to control while you learn.

Is the NOX Equation good for intermediate players?

Yes. The Equation is round, comfortable and forgiving, with a large sweet spot. Choose the Soft for comfort, the Hard for a crisper response, or the Lady Advanced Series for a lighter racket.

Can I trade in my old racket for a new NOX racket?

Yes. We accept racket trade-ins on any brand, so you can put the value of your current racket towards a new NOX model.

How fast is delivery in South Africa?

We deliver nationwide, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria, and you can also collect from our Durban and Cape Town stores. Orders are processed within one business day of payment, delivery takes one to three working days with The Courier Guy or PUDO, and delivery is free on orders over R2,000.

Are NOX rackets covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every racket is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from impacts or normal wear such as grip wear and surface scratches. If you think you have a warranty issue, WhatsApp us on 078 682 5432 and we will guide you through the claim.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Choose Payflex at checkout to spread the cost over four interest-free instalments.
