3. Products

New Products

All new products sold by The Padel Market are authentic and sourced from authorised brand distributors. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display differences.

Pre-Owned Products

Pre-owned rackets are individually inspected before listing. Each pre-owned listing clearly states the condition of the item (Excellent, Good, or Fair), usage history, and any cosmetic wear. All pre-owned rackets sold by The Padel Market are structurally sound and match-ready unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the product listing are not grounds for return.

By purchasing a pre-owned item, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the specific condition details stated in that product's listing.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed securely at checkout. The Padel Market does not store your card details. Orders are only confirmed and dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Free delivery on all orders over R2,000.
  • Delivery fees for orders under R2,000 will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available.

The Padel Market is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa.

New Products

You may return a new, unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in the same condition as received.

Pre-Owned Products

Pre-owned items are sold as described in their individual listings. Returns on pre-owned items are accepted only where the item materially differs from its stated condition. Disclosed cosmetic wear is not grounds for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+27 78 682 5432) or email (info@thepadelmarket.co.za). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Process

All return requests must be initiated by contacting us directly before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Trade-In Programme

The Padel Market offers a trade-in programme for padel rackets. By submitting a racket for trade-in, you confirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the item being traded in
  • The item is accurately represented in any photos or descriptions you provide
  • You agree to the trade-in value offered before completing the trade

Trade-in values are assessed on a case-by-case basis and applied as store credit. The Padel Market reserves the right to decline any trade-in at its discretion. Trade-in values are not guaranteed until formally confirmed by us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on thepadelmarket.co.za — including product descriptions, images, logos, and page content — is the property of The Padel Market or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Brand names and product trademarks (Babolat, HEAD, NOX, Adidas, Bullpadel, and others) remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for product identification purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, The Padel Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
