Common questions

How do I find my padel playing style?

Your style comes from whether you prefer to attack or defend, your stronger wing, and where you like to stand on court. The quiz above works it out for you and explains why.

Which side should I play, left or right?

It depends on your hand and role. A right-handed attacker usually plays the left, where the forehand covers the middle. A right-handed control player plays the right. Left-handers mirror this. The quiz gives you a personalised answer.

What racket suits my style?

Control players suit a round racket for forgiveness and placement. Power players suit a diamond for attacking. All-court players suit a teardrop that balances both.

Should beginners play the left or right side?

Most beginners start on the right, control side. You handle more balls there, which helps you build consistency and court awareness before moving to a more attacking role.
