At The Padel Market, every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. Some of our products are parallel imports, and we want you to know exactly what that means before you buy.

What is a parallel import?

A parallel import is an original, brand-name product that is purchased through an international supplier rather than through the brand's official South African distributor. The product is exactly the same item made by the manufacturer. It is not a copy, replica, or "grey market" imitation.

Is it authentic?

Yes. Every parallel import product we sell is completely authentic and comes directly from the manufacturer's supply chain. Packaging, labelling, or included inserts may occasionally differ slightly from locally distributed stock, but the product itself is identical.

Warranty and after-sales support

Because parallel import products are not supplied through the official local distributor, the manufacturer's South African warranty may not apply. This does not leave you unsupported. The Padel Market handles all warranty claims and product issues directly, either ourselves or together with the relevant third-party supplier, in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Why do we offer parallel imports?

Parallel importing allows us to bring in a wider range of rackets, shoes, and gear, including models that may not yet be available locally, often at more competitive prices.
