Choose the Metalbone or Metalbone HRD+ if you are an advanced attacking player, the Metalbone CTRL or Carbon CTRL if you prefer control and placement, and a Team Light or Superlight model if you are an intermediate player who wants a lighter, easier swing.

What is the difference between the Metalbone and the Metalbone HRD+?

Both are high-balance diamonds with adjustable weights. The HRD+ uses a firmer EVA High Memory core, which gives more power on full swings but feels harder on contact. The standard Metalbone has a softer core and a little more comfort.

Is the Adidas Metalbone good for beginners?

The full Metalbone and HRD+ are built for advanced players. Beginners and improving players are better served by the Metalbone Team Light, the Superlight or a round racket from the Adidas RX Series.
